9" x 11" oval painting signed Rembrandt 1939. Not sure of the type of paint. it is very smooth reminds me of chalk. Including photos of the painting, frame (broken) but thought it might help. Also included the board behind the painting. Painting appears to be on a thin wood. If these photos are not what you need, let me know. My husband has better cameras than I do. I bought this 30+ years ago at an estate auction, and it has been put away, I just want to find out whatever info I can.

Dear Glen,
Thank you for the additional images and your patience. The presented object is a print after a painting by Rembrandt. The print depicts the portrait of an 83-year Old Woman. She was possibly Aechje Claesdr, mother of Dirck Jansz Pesser a wealthy brewer. This print was made in the 20th century and have damage on the surface.
This piece is in good condition and there are no serious damages visible.
An estimation would be between 20 to 40 USD.
This estimation is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.
With best regards,
Georg
