What does this mean?

Dear Casper,

Thank you for your request. This is a color lithograph with the measurements of 14 x 19 inches. The print depicts the moment when an older couple gets the contract of a piece of land handed over or they are selling their farm. The print is in a good condition and just minor damages are visible.
An estimation would be between 30 to 80 USD.
This estimation is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.

With best regards,
Georg
