This is a pair of vintage, mid 20th century, about 1930s - 1950s round wall hangings that are souvenirs of the Forest Lawn Memorial Park, a privately owned cemetery chain, in Glendale, California. The souvenir pieces were made in Florence, Italy and feature Florentine gilded wood around color lithograph paste down printed images of two different works by Raphael, a detail of the Sistine Madonna which was completed in 1512 and and the Madonna of the Chair which was finished around 1514. Florentine gilded wood is collectible.
