Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
It is a lovely vintage doll. Such vintage toys are being offered at auction on a regular basis.
This Ideal Thumbelina doll was particularly popular in the 1960s-1970s. They came in various variations and yours is with a windup key at the back of the doll. It is very important that this is still functional and intact. I presume this is the case with this doll.
It also appears to be in good condition and has been well kept and preserved which adds to the value despite the fact that the original box is missing.
The estimate provided is for a well-advertised specialised online toys auction, where I believe the Ideal Thumbelina has the best chance of realising its fullest potential. However, there is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the vintage doll. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.

Would this be the best place to sell her
Your item will be presented for several auction houses, but they tend only to be interested in items worth more than $1000. I would recommend eBay for these kinds of items because of the extended amount of buyers on the platform.
