It’s out of box, made by toy-o-Rama. It’s in perfect condition no stains or tear and wear. The fabric is still completely soft and smooth. I’m not sure exactly what’s it made out of but the fur feels like that material you only found on stuffed animals made from the 70’s or 80’s (maybe I’m not sure) the bow, ears, tongue, and paws feel a lot like velvet. I’ve been researching for about 3 weeks and haven’t been able to find any other replica of this bear or what it could be worth. The tag is a little worn out but it also says “international limited”
