The item presented appears to be woodblock by Hashimoto Chikanobu (橋本周延, Japanese, 1838–1912) also known as Toyohara Chikanobu (豊原周延) from a series titled "Shin bijin" (真美人, True Beauties). The print appears to have some severe discoloration or fading to the colors, or it could be a reprint. Reprints are often produced with different colors.
