Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be an older photographic reproduction print after the painting The Windmill at Wijk bij Duurstede by Jacob van Ruisdael. This painting was very popular around 1900 and lots of inexpensive reproduction prints were made. The print in your possession has a limited decorative value, but no real value on the art market unfortunately.
