This is a later 20th century, still life of spring flowers such as lilacs and tulips by Valeriy Chuikov (b. 1949) who is the son of Ukrainian painter Eugeny Vasilievich Chuikov. Here is a link for you with a brief biography on Valeriy Chuikov on his own website:

Most of the Chuikov works sold are hand embellished or texture-enhanced framed giclee prints. The bar code label on the backside along with paper covering are more common for giclee prints than an original, one-of-a-kind painting. This should be inspected in person or contact the artist directly through his site to confirm the medium of the work here. The estimate presumes this is a giclee and is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail 'asking prices' can be higher and vary.
