Gold colored metal base and spouted collar with center hand painted white glass globe. The globe is 5 inches across. The lamp is 19" high to the insert of the bulb or 29" high to the top of the shade holder. The bulb holder appears to be newer as well as the cord but the plug is vintage. We have a pair with newer shades that were custom made. The lamps in very good condition. the upper metal collar is a spout design with a cherub on the handle.

Most antique lamps are sold without warranty of working condition. If they do work, I'm happy to add that; it won't change the price.
That was fun, thank you for both the comments. Do I need to check to see if the lamps actually work? Does that matter? Also, I looked and cannot see any signature unfortunately.
