It is a beautiful water pitcher. Such antique pitchers are being offered at auction on a regular basis.
The mounting on the pitcher looks like silverplate and not silver. The way it is tarnished looks like the silver has been polished many times and the silver surface has been rubbed off. This can be determined either by 'translating' the silver marks if there are any or by making a test of the silver/metal. This type of pitcher was made both with silver and silverplated mounting. The ones with silver mounting are the most expensive. The way the crystal is decorated and the style of the pitcher indicates that it was made in the late 1800s or early 1900s.

The estimate provided is for a well-advertised specialised online silver auction, where I believe the pitcher has the best chance of realising its fullest potential. However, there is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the pitcher. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.
