It has the name "W. Redmore" on it, and is large 39"x49".
Bought it at an estate charity auction in Stuart, FL.
Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a chinese very late 20th century production line painting from Dafen, China, possibly later signed by a western hand "W.Redmore". The pleasant painting depicts a canal or river in a southern country, presumably France, blossoming bushes in the foreground, a young lady dressed in a late 19th century dress holding a parasol looking across the river at a few boat houses. The modern frame must have been quite expensive. The estimate is based on similar home decor paintings offered or sold at auction.
