This is a set of 3 images depicting buildings in Poland. From the images, they do appear to be original pencil and wash drawings and not prints. They are each illegibly signed and and dated '94, for 1994. They are in French matting, which was a popular method for matting in the 1930's. The estimate is for each picture individually and is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail 'asking prices' can be higher and vary.
