Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a chinese plate, decorated with enamel colours in the style of japanese Satsuma, with a geisha scene in the center. With a rubber stamp six character Da Qing Qian Long Nian Zhi mark at the back. Such plates were produced in the 1960s.
