Dear Molly,
These cabinets are not Chinese in my opinion. These cabinets to me are made in ''western world'' in ca. 1960. Tiles can be slightly older and are Chinese. These tiles were used in panels and were used for decorative purposes / art in houses. Tiles are most likely first half 20th century. One tile looks skew and maybe misses a part. I saw before that when panels with tiles were broken the tiles were used in furniture.
Difficult to put an estimate on. Tiles have more value then the cabinets. My estimation is based on the value of the tiles when you remove them from the cabinet.
Maybe strange way for you to look at it but I know the kabinet hasn't much value, its the tiles who are interesting for Chinese buyers.
