This appears to be a chinese landscape watercolour ( or reproduction print?), painted by an unknown Artist Qu at the age of 83 years in the year 1969 in Hong Kong. This is a purely decorative painting produced for home or rather restaurant decor. Size matters, but oversize sometimes poses a problem as it might be difficult to find a buyer.
