Reproduction hand carved wooden dining chair
We do not know who made the chairs. My Mom had them appraised around 20 years ago, and someone told her they may be Georgian style, from the 1820s. Another person said that they're a colonial reproduction of Georgian style chairs. So we're not sure. We were hoping to have an updated appraisal of them. 3 of the chairs are identical. And one of them is different and has arm rests with an ornate handcarved backing. I chose only to have one of the chairs appraised, even though there are 3 others in the photos. I was hoping to have the chair with the armrests appraised.

The tablet back with rolled crest, pierced and lattice splat, reeded scrolling arms over a trapezoidal caned seat, in a reeded seat frame, raised on gadrooned carved and turned tapering legs.
