This three-light candelabra could be made of silver but it's more likely to be made of silverplate. It would most likely have been one of a pair that were sold together, which would have created symmetry on a dining table or sideboard.

The shaping of the arms and overall style of this candelabra are in the Louis XV Revival style, which predated the fully formed Art Nouveau period in which you would likely see more organically formed candle cups.

This has a heavy weight in the center of the base, which was a safety feature that was meant to prevent a candelabra with lit candles from falling over and catching things on fire.

I've appraised this as an unattributed silver-plated three-light candelabra. It's probable that the maker's marks are obscured by the tarnish; if you polish this and see marks, please take a photo and attach them to this appraisal and I'll re-evaluate it if warranted.
