Thank you for your request. This is a painting made in oil paint on canvas with the measurement of 20 x 30 inches. It depicts a view over Venice with the church St. Pietro di Castello.in the northeast of Venice. The painting is signed "Pollentine" in the right corner of the painting and on the reverse side the canvas is titled and the artist is named probably done by a second hand. Alfred Pollentine (1836-1890) was a British artist who mainly painted views of Venice. the painting is in a good condition and no damages are visible.
