Thank you for your precious help and patience. My sincere apologies for the delay with the appraisal. I did some research about this painting without any researches yet. It has a very good quality and there is a known and academically educated artist behind this canvas. I have seen this style but the right fish was not on the hook until now. As a next step, I contact two colleagues of mine who are more specialized in Britsih and American paintings of the late 19th century.
