The presented object appears to be an offset print on a textured paper with the measurements of 20 x 18 inches. This print is a reproduction after the watercolor made by Pablo Picasso (1881-1973) with the title "Femme à la fleur". This reproduction was made in the second half of the 20th century and the signature is not original it was printed with the image. It has the edition 53/200.
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
A fair market estimation would be between 10 to 50 USD.
This estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparable items. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and may vary.
