Most appraisers that are presented with a selection such as this would separate out the solid silver pieces (those without handles made of bone, horn, mother-of-pearl or filled metal) and weigh those for a base weight, then add in the remaining pieces.
Without being able to weigh this, or have an accurate piece count, this has a conservative fair-market value of $100-150.
