What does this mean?

Dear Phillip Wilson,

You have a behind glass painting made in China / Tibet in first half 20th century. Painting is well done. It depicts a buddhist scenery indeed. My estimation is based on a 1,5 by 1,5 meter object. If it is larger you have to add to the value. If it is smaller you have to lower the price.
