This is an antique, late 19th century, Victorian era, original oil on canvas painting by a Spanish artist, César Álvarez Dumont. Spanish painter (1866-1945). From the images, it appears that this is a rather dramatic and chaotic scene in a cantina with a woman in black holding a weapon and a woman in red draped over a chair. This is signed César Álvarez Dumont and dated 1897 at lower right. The painting appears to be in fair to poor condition. If properly restored expect possibly up to 10x the valuation here.
