What does this mean?

This is an elaborately painted famille rose porcelain vessel with the seal of the emperor Qianlong. There are scenes of figures playing music, and butterfly and flower motifs throughout. The two side handles and knob are gilt.

Qianlong vessels are valuable. Prices vary, so I recommend working with a high-end auction house if possible, for the best results. The Fair Market Value of this piece is between $5000 and $7000.

My estimate is contingent on authenticity, as reign seals are sometimes apocryphal.

The complete description should read: The QIAA Emperor {25 Sept 1711-7 Feb 1799) was the sixth emperor of the Manchu-Led Qing dynasty, and the fourth Qing Emperor to rule China proper. Born Asian Gioro Hongli sometimes referred to simply as Hongli, the fourth son of the Yongzhenz emperor who reigned officially from11 Oct. 1735 to 8 Feb 1796. I hope this helps!

Also, the whole pot is covered with various scenes, florals, birds, etc.
