Presumably not genuine

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a modern chinese Yaozhou ware vase with incised design of foliage and palmettes. The vase was immersed in salty water to create the craquelure, abraisons done with sandpaper to create some "authentic" wear and eventually treated with mud to accentuate the cracks. Without the alterations to add age the estimate would have been 50-150 USD. The attempt to mislead you to believe it is an old piece makes it a forgery of only decorative value unfortunately.
