What does this mean?

Chinese blue white vase with a decoration of Qylin, a mythical hooved chimerical creature. Vase is marked Ch'ien lung but is made in recent days. Vase looks completely hand painted. Modern copy's of old Chinese porcelain is available in large quantities because in these day's antique Chinese porcelain is very popular and therefor also affordable one's are made.
