Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a chinese famille rose style vase of the last quarter of the 20th century. The vase is apparently hand painted, depicting young ladies admiring a scroll painting or walking along a pavillion. The base bears a six character Da Qing Qianlong Nian Zhi mark. It is a decorative vase but much younger than the mark at the underside would suggest. Such modern vases usually sell in the 50-100 USD price range. Judging from a western point of view the vase lacks authenticity. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to it.
