What does this mean?

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a late 19th century Qing dynasty or early 20th century republic period Shiwan pottery mudman figurine or spill vase. The "China" stamp was used from 1890 to the 1920s ( as a rule of thumb, with some exceptions). Unfortunately there are some light damages to the figurine, which negatively affect the value.
The estimate is based on similar offered or sold at auction.
