What does this mean?

Dear Kiattawee Chaiwiriya,

Your plaque is indeed from China and is signed and dated by the maker. The date is 1928 ( Autumn ) and it says also; Written in Zhushan during watching the waterfall. Zhushan is located in Taiwan. I am sorry to say that I do not believe this item is made in 1928. I think it is a modern copy from past 30 years or so. The colors used and the frame itself gives me that idea. So here you have a decorative porcelain plaque, nicely framed with fair decorative value. This is were my estimation is based on.
