What does this mean?

Dear Phillip,

You have an other Chinese vase made in the tradition of an original Cinnabar vase but again its actually made of plastic or has a plastic surface. These pieces are sold for very different prices depending on the believe of the buyer he actually buys a genuine one. Estimation is based on decorative value.
