This is a vintage work by Russian born artist Alex Pauker (b. 1974) who graduated from Yekaterinburg College of Art. He is known for painting colorful European landscape scenes. He resides with his family in Haifa and is represented by commercial sale galleries. Without requested close-up images of this work, the medium cannot be definitively stated. He is known for giclee and serigraph copies of his paintings which look deceptively like original paintings. The estimate is based on assuming this is an original painting though it has not been inspected in person by me. The value is based actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables.
