What does this mean?

This is an antique engraving of an image of The Duke of Wellington with Sir Robert Peele which was created by the printer, James Faed (1821 - 1911). Faed was a well-known engraver and he did engraved reproductions of paintings so as to disseminate images to the masses. The estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail 'asking prices' can be higher and vary.

Printsellers mark on lower left side uploaded and extremely faint writing not very visible with camera and glass over picture. Can read the inscription with bright light.... Picture of inscription can be read, somewhat, if you expand picture uploaded....

Thank you for the images. The photos do not expand nor zoom here and the inscription is not visible in the photo images.

Can you appraise with the assumption that the inscription in pencil is correct as I can discern and the printsellers associationembossedmark with XBE in the middle. There is a partial frame makers label on the back and engraving held in place by small nails....
