This appears to be a faded offset print after a horse and groom painting the by the Kangxi Era court painter Leng Mei ( 1669/77- c. 1745), the original, of which you have an early 20th century print, is signed 金門畫史冷枚. One of the photos you provided clearly shows the round dots of the offset printing technique. The estimate is based on similar decorative home decor prints offered or sold at auction. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to it.
