Dear Candy,
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
The presented object appears to be a mid-sized framed collage artwork made out of colored feathers with unknown measurements. The feathers are arranged to depict an tropical colorful bird in front of a black paper as a background. The tree is and the legs are painted with gouache or oil color. On the reverse side, we see a paper label naming "Pierce & Company" as producer. This piece was probably made in the 1920s or 1940s.
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
A fair market estimation would be between 30 to 70 USD.
This estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparable items. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and may vary.
With kind regards,
George
