Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a chinese watercolour of the 20th century, inscribed 英稚獨立 and with two chopmarks with identical characters 中国禮品製造廠畫. This appears to be a factory which produces presents. This is not an Artist signature, but a factory mark. It has therefore to be regarded as decorative home decor art. Nonetheless a great painting for any bird enthusiast.
