I have many of these pieces brought in by an elderly customer. This in one of many pieces
18.5 inches by 13.5 inches. 11 Lbs. Looks to be made out of some kind of clay ,plaster. It has much crazing. Colors are gold/orange ,green and almond.
The one owner of this item was a theater professor at Harvard University and she did a lot of traveling. She displayed this in her home only. She is 95 years old and get consolidating to move to an assisted living home. She has not children, so she has been bringing her items to our shop.

The item presented appears to be a glazed ironstone sculpture, marked "Hong Kong O.A.I." to the underside. The sculpture appears to depict a male bodhisattva figure, possibly Guanyin, who is often depicted on top of a dragon in Chinese art.
This item is not antique (100 years old or older) but rather vintage, dating to the mid 20th century. The estimate provided is based on auction listings of similar glazed ironstone decorative items with the "Hong Kong O.A.I." hallmark.
