What does this mean?

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be an early 20th century Chinese republic period porcelain vase with calligraphy by four different porcelain painters, each part signed seal of 包 bao, seal of 童 tong, seal of 鄭 zheng, and at the base 石 恭 shi gong. The estimate is based on similar vases offered or sold at auction. If offered in a well advertised auction a serious collector might be willing to pay more than the high estimate.
