In this case, a pair is worth more than just two single lamps, so the pair would be worth $500-800. If you want me to update the appraisal with that, let me know.
You have several options for selling these!
If this item is marked "for sale" with a "public" status, it is already on Mearto's marketplace and you may receive offers directly from interested buyers (you aren't obligated to accept any of them). If you can't tell what the status is, or you can't change it, let me know and I'll ask our support department to make the switch (I can't make it from here).
Alternatively, you can list this item on Catawiki, an online platform and Mearto partner that conducts auctions around the world; because of our partnership, linked appraisals by a Mearto appraisal will skip the usual vetting process. For more information on that, see the Catawiki link on our page and, if that's something you'd like to consider, let me know and I'll send you the link.
OR... you can reach out to a local antiques dealer or auction house in your area to see if they would be interested in buying these from you directly (in the case of the antiques dealer) or sell them on your behalf (auction house; fees would likely be involved).
Or you can list them for sale on a local marketplace or Facebook page. If you do that, you might ask a little more than the high estimate as people may want to haggle you down.
I hope this has been helpful - let me know if I can be of any additional assistance.
Delia
Hi Delia,
Yes please update appraisal to reflect the pair. I will change it for sale.
You're all set, Audra, thanks!
Thank you for the appraisal. Yes, what would the appraisal be for the pair?
And if I wanted to sell them what would that entail?
