The item presented appears to be a photo-offset lithograph (reproduction print) on canvas after an oil painting by French painter Maurice Utrillo (1883-1955) titled "Eglise de Stains (Seine)." The print appears to be signed and titled in plate to the lower corners. The artist's name is also printed to the verso. The original oil painting was auctioned at Christie's London in 2016.
