The artist is apparently very experienced and moved the palette knife in a very swift style. The signature could be read Pedro or Pacho or similar. This seems to be a purely decorative painting, the artist can not be identified. The estimate is based on similar paintings by lesser known artists offered or sold at auction. "Asking prices" in the trade can be higher and vary.
