Wood frame. Picture has shiny colored metallic parts with mostly gold metallic colored parts. The dimensions are 32.5 inches by 42.5 inches. Words in Latin are written across the top. In excellent condition.
The only thing we know about this piece is that it was donated to my husband's previous place of employment, which is a nonprofit organization that resettles refugees in the US. They did not have a use for the item, and we showed interest in it so they gave it to us.
