Thank you for your email. Sadly we have a consigning limit of 1.000 USD. Please offer your artwork to a local auction house that lists their auction on international platforms to reach out as many possible buyers as possible. Or offer it trough an online-based auction or selling platform.
I read the signature as H. Laopez. Sadly no artist in which such a name is listed or mentioned in auction databases.
