Item: Pair of Kindel Furniture Co. Federal Revival Side Tables Description: This is a matching pair of vintage Kindel end tables, likely produced mid-20th century (estimated 1940s–1960s). Each table features solid wood construction with rich brown stained finish, classic Federal-style design, and tapered legs. Both retain their original brass hardware, dovetail joinery, and branded Kindel stamp inside the drawer. Notably, one piece includes an affixed inventory label reading: "Property of the Society of the Cincinnati in the State of Virginia" This organization is a historical lineage society founded in 1783 by officers of the Continental Army, adding provenance value to the furniture. The tables were acquired secondhand in Southern Maryland. They are in excellent structural condition with minor surface wear consistent with age. No refinishing or painting has been done. Drawers function smoothly.
