Hello, the items that I have to get appraised are 2 paintings on canvas with gold inlay ornamental carving. Each picture is 35 x 47. I have searched for an artist name however, feel it may be under the framing. Hopefully you can give me an idea on value of pictures. Thanks Paul

Dear Paul,
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry. So that I may best assist you, can you please upload a few better images.

Dear Paul,
Thank you for your request. The presented object is a pair of paintings made in acrylic or oil paint on canvas with the measurements of 35 x 47 inches. Both paintings depict abstract motifs and are not signed. The style and the quality of the canvas are a hint that these two paintings are made in the last third of the 20th century.
This piece is in good condition and there are no serious damages visible.
An estimation would be between 60 to 120 USD each.
This estimation is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.
With best regards,
Georg
Yes. I will get some better images. Thank you Paul
