What does this mean?

Hello Janice.

Thank you for your appraisal inquiry with MeArto. The item presented appears to be an etching by Paul von Coberg Sollmann (German; 1886 - 1950). The print is titled to the lower left margin as a view of the Rothenburger Tor, a historical landmark in Dinkelsbühl, Germany. The notation to the lower right margin reads "Originalradierung," meaning "original etching." The print is also signed by the artist to the lower margin.

Unfortunately, there is no known biographical information regarding the artist. He did produced several etchings of German street scenes and vast Impressionistic landscape paintings. The estimate provided is based on recent auction estimates and results of signed original etchings by Sollmann. Thank you and please take care.
