Dear Jamison,

Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.

The presented object appears to be a watercolor drawing on paper with measurements of 8 x 12 inches. The watercolor depicts a view of a lake with a boathouse and two boats. The drawing is signed with the name Picasso and has two stamps on the reverse side. One stamp reads like a gallery stamp of Mathias Fels in Paris and the second names Pablo Picasso again. The style, the motif, and the signature are not comparable with the authentified works of Pablo PICASSO (1881-1973).
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
The named arguments classify this artwork a fake or a copy which has no value on the art market.

With kind regards,
Georg
