My grandfather received this bowl as a present from a Chinese Oil and Gas VP in the late 70s. Was hoping to learn more information on the bowl's history.
Not sure.
Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a chinese porcelain bowl dating to the late 19th century Guangxu period, bearing a rubber stamped four character Qianlong Nian Zhi mark and three seal impression from a customs office clearing the object for export as a cultural relic of limited distinction. The estimate is based on similar items sold at auction. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the item.
