Richard Ginori creamer pitcher.
4 inches tall - 1 inch 3/4 across the bottom
Hi Barbara,
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
Richard-Ginori porcelain, produced in Doccia since 1737, is among Italy’s most important ceramic traditions. Founded by Carlo Ginori, it combined Baroque artistry with technical innovation, rivaling leading European manufactories like Meissen. Known for sculptural figures, refined tablewares, and later modernist collaborations, Ginori reflects evolving tastes from Rococo to contemporary design. Its significance lies in merging craftsmanship, artistic heritage, and industrial production, making it a cornerstone of European decorative arts and highly regarded by collectors worldwide.
Individual pieces have a very nominal value and benefit by being part of a larger set but here is the value for this pair of cream pitchers.
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:
A pair of vintage Richard Ginori parcel gilt porcelain cream pitchers
Italian, mid/late 20th Century
Marked to the underside
4-1/2 inches tall
CONDITION: This appears to be in good condition
PROVENANCE: Unknown
$15-25 for the pair*

Hello. I am not sure if you are doing all three of my appraisals, but I wanted to sell these as a set. Since I have 2 creamers and 10 saucers and cups, would it be better to list 1 pitcher and 5 saucers and cups (2X) or 1 pitcher and 6 saucers and cups and what would be the suggested selling price for the set?
Hi Barbara,
I think most people wouldn't want two cream pitchers so I would divide what you have evenly into two groups each with 1 cream pitcher and 5 cups/5 saucers for $125-135 each.
Thanks,
Delia
Thank you very much for the direct, no nonsense answer! Appreciate that!
