Bought from a road side picture gallery shop which was located in Cannaregio when I travelled in the year 2008(machine printed receipt obtained but wordings are not readable.

The presented object appears to be a painting made in oil paint on canvas with the measurements of 27.5 inches x 19.5 inches. The painting depicts a view of the Canale Grande in Venice and is inspired by paintings of the famous artist Canaletto or Bernardo Bellotto. This painting was made as a souvenir in the late 19th or early 20th century. It is too weak in the stylistic depiction and the perspective to be artwork from the 18th century.
This piece is in good condition and there are no serious damages visible.
