Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a chinese Mother Of Pearl, coral and possibly mountain jade wall art in the manner of a diorama, titled "? ten thousand Li " and with an artist seal. Such items were and are being produced purely for home decor. The one in your possession will need a little restoration in the sky section. Production date will most likely be after 1960. Such carvings were a popular travel souvenir, something to look at and admire the skill and craftsmanship of the artisan. Currently the supply of similar is high and demand is limited. The estimate is based on similar items sold at auction. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to it.
